The Mind Game

I have always noticed that whenever I have told my mind something about anything decisive, my mind refuses to take any change. Be it positive or negative. I have also seen if I want something from my heart and soul and mind somehow Universe makes it happen for me.
Brain is such a mysterious organ of our body , how it works. Sometimes I am sure there are scientific explanations and sometimes some experiences are simply miraculous.

The Exorcism of Emily Rose

Her name was Emily Rose

A devout christian that she was

She wished to learn and thus she went

Leaving her family as anyone does.

One night she woke at 3 a.m

To some distinct burning smell

And she searched her dorm and as she lay

She was put under demonic spell.

She screamed and struggled

She writhed and cried

But six demons possessed her

That very fateful night!

She saw only demons

Everywhere she went

She saw only demonic visions

Her body convulsively bent.

Then she went to Father Moore,

For his help she pleaded

For Father decided to exorcise her

And this plan she heeded.

But as time went by

The exorcism miserably failed,

The demons screamed from her within

Promising never to leave, as she wailed!

Then one dawn she had a vision

Near a misty dilapidated tree

For Mother Mary visited her,

Asking her to be free!

She was given a choice by Her

"Either suffer or come with me"

But she chose the path to suffer

So people believe the dark forces she sees.

She chose to be a martyr,

To prove that evil exists

She died of injuries later

In courtroom jury came to know of her trysts.

Trysts with God and Dark Forces

Which Father Moore tried to prove,

He was tried and convicted of negligence

But people saw and acknowledged his love.

His love for helpless Emily

Who tried to prove that the Dark exists

We need to believe her for she suffered for us

We need to see through these mists!!

Her features were nice

She had a long nose

On her blonde cascading hair

She wore a delicate red rose.

She wore a vibrant red dress

Enchanting were her eyes,

Kohl lined and shadowed green

Within them, numerous mystery lies..

She was an enchantress

She walked with elegant gait

The men were mesmerised

With beating hearts for her they did wait.

But she looked at none

Cause she needed none in her life

For she was a proud Spaniard

As she was the town sherriff's wife!
